Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your order and want to return or exchange any part of your purchase for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of your order being shipped or date of purchase. You are also able to email us with any questions or concerns regarding your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, an original order number is required. Your item must be shipped back securely to our facility or brought back to one of our retail stores. Any items that are requested to be shipped back and are not returned will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Each item returned must be sent back in its own box with its own return label. If not, the refund will not be processed fully.

Refunds (if applicable)

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned item(s). You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 5 business days. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction.

Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

Please note all returns must be shipped in a box, so we recommend holding onto your original packaging.
