When will I receive my order?
All orders for in-stock items can take up to 1-3 business days to process and typically 5-7 business days to arrive. Free shipping is available within the United States.

Tips: Please note that processing time is not included in the estimated shipping time. While your order will most likely arrive within the estimated time, it is not guaranteed.

How do I find my order number?
You should have received an order confirmation email in your inbox with your order number. If you still can’t find it, let us know and we’ll be happy to help! When contacting us, please be sure to include your shipping country so we can more efficiently locate your order.

I just placed an order but chose the wrong color – what do I do?
Oops! You have 60 minutes from the time your order is confirmed to click “Edit or Cancel”. This will cancel your order so you can place a new order. If you’ve exceeded that time, please email us ASAP!

Once your order is in the processing process, we can’t make further changes, so we hope you get it in the best possible way! However, the situation in each place is different. If you need to exchange the product, please contact us to process it.
